Welcome, my name is Alex. My mission is to help clients create more CALM in their life, to manage stress and anxiety, cope with chronic pain or dis-ease, and navigate big life changes. It is from a CALM state that we find the CLARITY to live life in our most authentic expression.
We can’t always influence what’s happening in our lives, but we can always choose how we react.
My method is based on two pillars:
Self-knowledge: a deep connection with yourself, self-confidence, understanding your mind and your body, knowing your values, tapping into your intuition
Self-management: having the tools to navigate life, creating awareness, stepping into the observer of your mind, self-regulating emotions, taking care of a healthy body, cultivating a supportive mindset
As a certified Life Coach I help you create a more calm and connected state, so you can navigate life’s challenges with ease.
Together we work on a mindset that supports you in moving forward by turning your road-blocks into stepping stones.
What is Coaching ?
The ICF’s (International Coaching Federation) defines coaching as ‘Partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential’.
A coach is a facilitator of change. A coach doesn't give advice, but helps you find your own answers by holding space, asking questions and reflecting back your answers.
A coach helps you to see things from a different perspective, create awareness and change habits and beliefs that are holding you back.
A coach listens without judgement or vested interests, and thus holds space for you to freely explore possibilities and options.
