I’m not negating that there are difficult phases in life. And I’m also not suggesting overriding these with toxic positivity.


There are days when you wake up feeling like shit or just bored or dissatisfied. That’s part of life, but if the days turn into weeks and the weeks turn into months… it is on YOU to take action.


No matter how dire a situation looks. Taking action in some shape or form is always possible.


Why is that so important? Because it puts you in the drivers’ seat. Getting out of the passenger aka victim seat is THE most important mindset shift. It give you a sense of authority, of having options.


I believe, in general life should be lived in a way that you wake up energised, looking forward to the day ahead.


What is needed for that? One, taking care of your health. And two, living life in alignment with yourself.


And that in turn requires

1. Self-knowledge: a deep and intimate connection with yourself

2. Self-responsibility: taking responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, and actions

3. Self-management: knowing how to take care of yourself (body, mind, spirit, emotions)
