The No 1 Key to WELLBEING

(physical, mental, emotional, relational, spiritual…)

is to know yourself and your body and to live deeply in tune with yourself.


No doctor, personal trainer, nutritionist … you name it... will be able to ‘make you feel good’ without your partaking.

Firstly, because there is no one-size-fits-all as everybody and every BODY is unique.


And secondly, because they are not in your body. The more exact you can explain how you feel, the better someone can help there. But guess what? Therefore you need to be able to really listen and to really feel.


For me, getting to know myself – and supporting others in doing the same, THAT’S what gives my life meaning.


And btw that is a journey that never ends. There are always deeper levels, there’s always more to discover, plus we are constantly evolving and changing. What a beautiful journey!
